The Home Owner and Home Depot had a disagreement. Now the home owner wants the water heater taken out of her house and she wants to hire another plumber to install a different water heater. Since our installation is being taken out I don't want Champion Plumbing as the permit holder. The Home Owner has asked if the cost can be transferred to the new plumber.
