LUI 1 L: U4rivi /7 /2 , `Emit' . $'9? ‘)/g March 3, 2011 To whom it may concern, This statement is being written to for F1armery Construction regarding actual work completed by Flannery Construction at the property owned by Paulette Bosela, located at 1410 Skyline Rd., Eagan, Minnesota. My name is Douglas Kahler, I work for Flannery Construction. I completed the preconstruction design for the M.A.0 Sound Mitigation Program on April 14, 2009. Eric Fisher was also present at this design meeting. At the time of this meeting there were new windows in bedroom locations that had been installed and still had the manufacturer labels on the glass. The Scope of Work for our contract included: 1. Remove and replace a VC -1 window including a storm window (a full vinyl window replacement) in the main level bathroom, 2. Install 27' of M.D.U. duct enclosure in the basement. 3. Install 1 closet rod. I was also the carpenter who installed the window in the bathroom which was completed on June 13, 2009. Items 2 and 3 were completed by a Flannery Construction employees on July 13 thru 15, 2009. On July 22, 2009 I met with the Eagan Building Inspector to inspect the window installation. He would not close the permit because the requirements for smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were not satisfied. On February 12, 20101 met with the Eagan Building Inspector to inspect the smoke and carbon monoxide detector installation. This inspector questioned additional work that was done on the property that was not in our scope of work. I explained Flannery did no additional work.
