Dear Mr. Elliott,
I am in receipt of your e-mail dated April 1, 2011 and attached letter regarding
Everyday Living and your proposal to operate an adult daycare within the
Municipal Center building at 1325 Eagandale Court. According to your letter, the facility will be
3830 Pilot Knob Road located in a tenant space of 2,030 square feet, and will serve 8 clients with
Eagan, MN 55122-1810 "prevocational services and supported employment." Operating hours are

Permit.
This property is zoned I-1, Limited Industrial. Within this district, office uses and
Maintenance Facility vocational schools are both permitted. While your specific use requires licensing
3501 Coachman Point as an adult day care facility by the State of Minnesota, the City of Eagan finds
Eagan, MN 55122 that the proposal is compatible with our zoning regulations for the property.
