However, it appears that the inspection could not be completed due to our inability to gain access to your sanitary sewer lateral through the typical cleanout hole on your vent stack. If you have already scheduled an inspection since the date listed above, no action is needed on your part. If you have not scheduled an inspection, an alternative access can easily be provided by removing your toilet allowing the required inspection to be completed„ In order to receive a Certificate of Compliance to City Code, the inspection must be completed. The City of Eagan has contracted with Larson Plumbing & Heating to provide this additional service to you at no cost Larson Plumbing & Heating will remove your toilet to provide access to the sanitary service line, perform the inspection and then replace the toilet when the inspection is completed.
