The problem is called Inflow and Infiltration (l &I)„ You have been sent formal notices on August 3 and September 2nd, 2011 regarding this mandatory inspection and /or required corrective work order to avoid incurring substantial surcharges to your Utility Bill. Our records indicate that you have either not yet responded to these notices or complied with their related repair requirements The inspections and subsequent corrective repairs are necessary to find and eliminate the sources of these excessive flows as mandated to Eagan by the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES). Inspections and Repairs Are Mandatory FAILURE TO COMPLY results in substantial fees being added to your Utility Bill until the property is brought into compliance with City Codes: $150 /month for Single Family, Duplex, Townhome properties, or $500 /month for all other properties..
