• Accessible parking spaces shall have access aisles marked 96" wide minimum next to
them. They shall have no parking signs in front of the access aisle or the surface shall
be marked "No Parking."
• Provide address numbers in contrasting colors, minimum 12 inches in height, at the
top of the building facing Johnny Cake Ridge Road.
• Sanitary napkin dispensers and toilet paper dispensers to meet Minnesota
Accessibility Code 1341 Section 604.7.
