The improvements to the South Water Treatment Plant are complete with only a few remaining punch list items and the City is using the facility in its entirety. Bolton & Menk provided on -site construction observation throughout the entire construction period and we also provided construction management on behalf of the City of Eagan. We verify that all items indicated in the SSTI to be completed by Bolton & Menk were completed for this project. In addition, we verify that the South Water Treatment Plant improvements project was completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and the shop drawings submitted. Attached is a report from Braun Intertec indicating that they completed both soils and concrete testing on this project. Included in this report are the various test results. Since this was mainly a remodel project there were very few geotechnical tests required. Also attached is a memo from LS Engineers, the structural engineers for this project. The structural engineer reviewed and approved shop drawings for concrete reinforcing steel, masonry reinforcement and the structural steel. All items were installed according to the shop drawings and the plans and specifications. If you need additional information, or have any questions regarding this project, please feel free to give me a call. Sincerely, BOLTON & MEN K, 1 Seth A. Peterson, Project Manager Encl.
