Thank you for your recent cooperation and participation in completing the
Thomas Hedges inspection of your Sewer Service to identify sources of clearwater flow into the
City Administrator sanitary sewer system As a result of that inspection, certain aspects of your sewer
service were found to be out of compliance with Section 140 of the City Code
regarding inflow & Infiltration (1/1). (A copy of the City Code can be found at
www.cityofeagan.com/inflow)

service located outside your building, you will need to obtain an Inflow &

must be completed and a Certificate of Compliance issued.
