Adjournment MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE ADVISORY PARK CCICITTEE ;NAp„16 EAGAN, /E.NMSOTA September 11, 1975 Cow- 04 cu , IA.AtA A A regular meeting of the Advisory Park Committee was held on September 1?th, 1975 et the City Hall at 7:30 p.m, T oae members present were Everson, Cooper, schuiicita, Lundsten, Martin and Coates, Also present was Paul Hauge. Ma T TES, After the Pledge of Allegiance, upon motion by Coateo, seconded Cooper, all members voting in favor, it w s RESOLVED that the minetes of the previous meeting be approved as distributed. COUNCIL MEETING. Barbara Schmidt reviewed the action taken at the last Council meeting regarding the Park Committee and indicated that no.chang3 from the number of members is necessary for the Park Conitte3 for the reason that the ordinance creating the committee did not set it up as a Park Board. RA.H.J ACTIVITIES BUILDING. A representative of Lindbergh - Pierce Architects appeared and reviewed the bids on the Rahn Activities Building consisting of 14 bids with the low bid being that of William F. Kopp Construction Co. of St. Paul with a base bid of $37,800 together with $1,460 for paved walk alternate and $1,390 for air conditioner alternate. An estimated 90 day completion is scheduled with a total bid of $40,650, After review and upon reconnendation of the architect, upon motion by Lundsten, seconded Coates, all members voting yea, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Council that the low bid of William F. Kopp Construction Co. in the sum of $40,650 together with two alternates be awarded. 1975 DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT. The members reviewed the progress concerning the contract for improvements in the parks for 1975 and it was indicated that the drainage problems created in Evergreen Park possibly require additional fill. OAK CISE PARK. Atty.
