8/30/11 Lath CN:
- Paper and lath covered with scratch coat prior to inspection. No inspection (lath and paper) possible. There didn't appear to be
any weep screeds installed as per the plan. Applicator was told that this stone application shall be installed per the plan and the
manufactures specs.
9/2/11 Per Terry's phone call, there has been no inspections for the two retaining walls that are over 4'. There is an oak tree that was
marked by Gregg Hove that should have been saved, but the irrigation system was installed next to the tree and the roots are
possibly damaged.

- A revised lot survey that indicates the required changes will be req'd prior to issuing a final c/o
- The contractor shall provide access to inspect the changes that were made to the fireplace flue termination (see correction dated
9/28/11).
- A temporary treated lumber platform (landing) has been installed at the bottom of the porch stair in lieu of installing the req'd
handrailing per the correction dated 9/28/11. I have asked the contractor to perminently attach the landing to the stair run.
