Per my conversation with the homeowner... Garage: 320 sq.ft. House: 1188 sq.ft. Driveway: 866 sq.ft. Paver Patio in front yard: 216 sq.ft. 2590 total existing hard surface. We will not be expanding the size of the driveway, just removing the gravel borders and replacing with asphalt. Let me know if you need any more information. This property is within the Shoreland Zoning for Holz Lake. The maximum impervious surface allowable for this property is 25%. I've attached a copy of the certificate of survey that is on file with the City. Please work with the Homeowners to identify any and all hard surface improvements and return the additional information for our review. I will need to know the existing and proposed hard surface calculations. Additionally, upon aerial view it appears as though the driveway is 18 1 /2 feet in width. Please explain the differences between the existing conditions and what is being proposed. Lastly, will there be any changes to the curb cut?
