4860 Biscayne Ave - CUP ViolationMay 8, 2012 Bill and Jane Schiltz 4363 Upper 135 Street Rosemount, MN 55068 City of Eagan Sheen S. Yang / Sarah Thomas 3501 Coachman Point Eagan, MN 55122 } RE: CUP Violation -- f 8 coo 6 1 sOa_yne, /7 Thank you for meeting with us at our location and discussing the conditions of our CUP on April 5, 2012. It was my understanding that we agreed on the following issues: • Because of our location in relation to the nearby homes and the "line of sight" of passing vehicles on Red Pine Lane; we should do our best to "blend in" with the nearby homes. We can best accomplish this by maintaining the landscaping and foliage surrounding the property. • We should keep "industrial looking items" visible from the front to a minimum. • Storage should be kept to the rear of the building with minimum visibility. • Adding a gate or fence to the front of the property would be detrimental to our effort to blend in. To date we have made the following changes: • We have eliminated (2) storage racks • We have shortened the height of (3) storage racks to 6' -0" overall height. • The storage rack that is visible from the front is for "incoming projects." This is new material to be processed in the following 3 -5 days. • No equipment or materials are to be stored on grass areas. I would welcome any comments and /or suggestions you have regarding this property. Thank You, Bill Schiltz
