This review is not intended to be an exhaustive and comprehensive report. Unless otherwise noted, all references are to the 2000 I.B.C. It is our goal that this review will help you in complying with the applicable codes and we are, therefore, requesting that the following items be addressed: S2 parking garage is required to be equipped with an automatic sprinkling system. Section 903.2.11 • Maintain a clear height in the garage level of 7 feet. Section 406.2.2 • Install CO detectors in individual garages. • Draft stopping in floor /ceiling assemblies shall be installed in line with the walls separating dwelling units. Section 716.3.2 • Provide attic access per Section 1208.2. • Provide an attic catwalk per Dale Wegleitner, Fire Marshal, telephone #651- 675 -5676.
