Good morning Sarah,
I appreciate the update.
I have attached a scan of the original survey where I have drawn in approximately where the new fence will go. The new
fence is drawn in red and existing fence is in green. We are only fencing in the back yard and will be adding a 4 foot gate
on both sides of the house — this will match the gate already in place by our neighbor to the East. As you can see, we only
need to add fence to just under 2/3 of our back yard and the fence we're installing will match our neighbors'.

I do not foresee any issues with your Zoning Permit request for a fence; however, could you please utilize the attached
survey and identify the location of the proposed fence.
Also, I'd like to verify the gate and the fence will both be 4 feet in height.
Once I have this information I will verify your proposal meets City Code requirements and issue your permit.

My wife, Ana, and I would like to add fence to the portions of our yard that are not already fenced in by our neighbors.
We will be matching their fencing with galvanized chain -link. We have already had a surveyor out and he has identified
the property markers and staked out the property lines.
I have attached a copy of our permit request, the plan drawing provided by Midwest Fence (who will be doing the
installation), and a copy of the original plot survey. Please let me know if any additional information is needed to
complete this permit request. We have tentatively scheduled the installation for the week of 8/13/12.
