It was recently discovered that a new patio has been constructed behind the
building houses your community center and rental offices. The purpose of this
letter is to inform you that a portion of the patio was constructed within a drainage
and utility easement. Within that easement the City maintains a water main.
Municipal Center While we are not requiring the removal of the patio at this time, we do want to
