been elected President of the 120 -
member Minnesota City Manager's
Association. Hedges, the son of Mr.
and Mrs. Charles Hedges, of Spirit
Lake, will serve as president for one
year. Members in the association
represent all sizes of cities, in-
cluding Minneapolis, St. Paul and
many small cities. Hedges and his
wife, Debbie, and their two children,
live in Eagan.
