Leadership: • 1 understand that in your first interview, you addressed how you would approach filling the shoes of a Director who successfully served the City for 34 years. For our benefit, can you describe the approach you would take as a new director, and also comment on your overall leadership style? Project Management: • Describe how you have integrated environmentally sustainable or energy efficiency concepts into existing infrastructure or new projects. Public Engagement: • Provide an example from your professional career where you had a particularly positive experience working with a group of constituents or stakeholders. Conversely, please speak to how you have handled a past incident in which there was conflict with constituents or stakeholders. Vision: Eagan Public Works has been on the forefront of many major initiatives and construction projects over the years. What opportunities for enhancement do you see for the future?
