(Jim Clsen, Juran & Moody) made a brief appearance before the meeting began
to deliver copies of his September 26th presentation. to the members of the Park
committee and to Alyce Bolke's office for distribution to the members of the Town
Board.)
N'r, Harrison explained the locations of the moposed park sites to the Plan-
ning Committee, Vany of that Committee's questions concerning our planned sites,
estimated costs, proposals, timetable, reports, procedures, etc. were answered by
members of our Committee, I°'ro Harrison mentioned that we would like to meet with
the property owners of the proposed sites before the specific locations are made
public. The Planning Committee concurred with this idea,
While the Planning members did not unanimously agree on all the proposed
sites and in fact some sites are known to now be unattainable, they did unanimously
agree to a motion made by Vr. Pclzin and seconded by Roger Sperling that they "Endorse
the Park Committee':- gen-ral Park Planning and recommend it to the Town Board,"
The Planning Committee complimented the Park Committee on the detail and
thoroughness of its proposed plans, The Park Comnnittee in turn expressed its apprecia-
tion for thi-. opportunity to present its ideas and planning for the welfaro of the
