Council Members Please be informed that on March 1, 2005 the City Council formally approved the
above referenced plat. This plat approval is valid for only 60 days and requires that
the final plat be recorded at Dakota County by May1120 ease note there is a
$75.00 charge for an extension which must be requested in writing two weeks prior

City Administrator The City Council also recommended Findings of Fact for denial on the Planned
Development Amendment to change the eletyations. The City Council will be
adopting the Findings of Fact at the March 15 City Council meeting. I will send
you a copy of the Findings of Fact when they are executed.
Municipal Center: Following is a list of the items required by the City prior to releasing the mylars and
resolutions for recording at the County.
