A special meeting of the Eagan Energy and Environment Commission was held on Tuesday,
June 1, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Those present were James Casper, Bruce Goff, Salman Mitha, Wade Olsen,
Amir Nadav, Jeff LeClair, Guillermo Etienne, and Kari Palmer. Also present was Assistant to the City
Administrator Dianne Miller and City Attorney Mike Dougherty. Commission Members Absent: Amir
Nadav
NEW COMMISSION ORIENTATION
Members of the Energy and Environment Commission introduced themselves. City Attorney
Dougherty reviewed State laws pertaining to open meetings, data practices, and liability. Assistant to
the City Administrator Miller reviewed the New Commission Orientation packet and provided an
overview of what commissioners can expect in their role as advisory commission members.

The meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
