Included in the application is a to-scale drawing of the intended project. Below are the measures that I am taking to ensure that I am in alignment with the requirements shared on the City of Eagan website: 1. Height: a. The fence and gate will not exceed four feet b. The fence does not extend into the front yard c. There are houses on all three sides of my property and the fence is not adjacent to any right-of-way 2. Installation: a. Midwest Fence is the contractor (State Contractor #4739) for the site and will call Gopher State One regarding utilities. b. The fence is finished on both sides (neighbor will have a finished side facing their property) 3. Property Lines and Set backs a. Hedlund Engineering will conduct a survey to identify property lines. b. The edge of the post footings will be no closer than 6-inches from the property line. 4. Easements a. The Engineering Department (Dave W) has been contacted regarding the storm drain easement b. Approval has been granted c. I am aware that the city has the right to remove and replace the fence at my cost if storm drainage repairs are required. I agree to that stipulation. 5. Boulevard a. The fence does not extend into the front yard b. There are houses on all three sides of my property and the fence is not adjacent to any right-of-way 6. Maintenance a. The fence will be maintained per the guidance shared on the Fence requirements b. The fence is galvanized steel and guaranteed against rust for 20 years 7. Covenants a.
