I talked with Pam D. earlier this week about a playhouse I'm going to build for my son in the back right corner
of my lot. It is less than 120 sq ft so only a zoning permit is required. The structure will be elevated with the
floor no higher than 8' as she indicated and it will be located about 12 feet from the back lot line and 17 feet
from the side lot line.
I have attached the permit application with a site plan drawing where I drew the structure and included the
