Also,this property is in a Shoreland Overlay District, and is subject to a maximum hard surface coverage ratio of 25%of the lot area.According to County records,the lot area is 19,505 sf(see attached). An earlier Zoning Permit for this property from 2013 added a shed to the property,and calculated the impervious coverage at 14.4%. Please see below for those calculations.
