Hello Sarah,
I have attached two documents for your review. One is a "crude drawing of our patio on the Certificate of Survey doc.
The other is on the patio design from the contractor which provides accurate details of the patio including square
footage.
The total amount is around 600 sq ft.
Good News. It appears we are well under the 25% maximum.
