VILLAGE OF EAGAN
Illk BOARD OF REVIEW
June 13, 1973
The Board of Review of the Village of Eagan met at the Eagan Village Hall on
June 13, 1973 at 2:00 o'clock P.M. . All members were present except Councilman
Wachter. Robert Meier, County Assessor and John O'Toole, assessor, were also
present.
The purpose of the meeting was to review the tax assessments and complaints
regarding them.
The following people appeared regarding their evaluations and taxes objecting
because they were too high:
1. Carl Case, 540 Dakota County Road 30, Parcel 3547-C
2. Mrs. Clarence Huseby, 1735 Crestridge Lane, Parcels 3124-D; 3158-B; 3158-C
3. Mrs. Vivian Jackson, 2849 South Lexington, Parcel 3034-B
4. Matthew Calin, 3069 Cherrywood Court, Parcel 3114-B
The County Assessors office will review the above property and report back to
the Village.
Upon motion of Councilman Rahn, seconded by Councilman Smith, all members
voting aye, it was RESOLVED that the abatements as recommended by the county
assessors office and attached hereto were approved;
Upon motion by Mayor Polzin seconded by Councilman Rahn it was RESOLVED that
the assessors books were in order and were hereby approved.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned at 4:00 o'clock P.M.
