QUALITY ASSURANCE:
THE T.G.C. ASSUMES OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE WORK OF THIS PROJECT TO ASSURE THAT ALL ASSEMBLIES,
COMPONENTS AND PARTS INDICATED OR REQUIRED COMPLY WITH CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. ANY SUBSTITUTIONS
MADE BY THE CONTRACTOR WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL OF THE OWNER WILL BE REJECTED AND REPLACED
AT THE CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE.

B.GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
1.THE T.G.C. AND ALL SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADEQUACY AND
INSTALLATION OF ALL TEMPORARY SHORING SYSTEMS USED DURING THE DEMOLITION OF ALL STRUCTURAL
ELEMENTS.
2.THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS DO NOT NECESSARILY INDICATE THE FULL EXTENT OF THE WORK REQUIRED TO

4.UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS: INCLUDE IN THE BASE BID MISCELLANEOUS CUTTING AND PATCHING

SERVICES ARE MAINTAINED IN OPERATION UNTIL IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THEIR REMOVAL IS REQUIRED TO
