Regarding the insulation of the underground sanitary sewer line between the toilet
room building and the pool equipment building --
To achieve an additional 18 inches of cover, we are recommending that you
insulate above and both sides of the pipe with an (R=20.0) insulation that is
suitable for underground installation. The insulation would have to cover the
underground sanitary line between the two buildings approximately 12 feet.

I don't know that there is a minimum required number of parking stalls for this. It is a private amenity and will be
managed by the neighborhood HOA. That said,the Prelim. PD showed 16 stalls,the Final PD showed 11 stalls,with 2 of
those being accessible. They should get as close to those numbers as possible. If they lose another one or two stalls in
the final design,we won't make an issue of it. If there is not enough parking and they end up with spillover into the
neighborhood,that will be an issue for the HOA.

Pam, I'm working with Dave Klee on their pool building permit. One of my comments was to align the driveway
entrance with the median opening. I'm not sure why the median is where it is, because the approved development
plans show them aligned. It sounds like they made plan revisions after the fact,and did not submit them to the city,so
the median got placed further south than it should have.
Regardless,they are going to narrow the driveway entrance from 28'to 24', and also are considering eliminating 1 or 2
of the parking stalls on the NE corner of the lot so they can shift the driveway entrance further south. Dave asked how
many parking stalls are required, and also how many handicapped stalls. I think for the first 25 stalls, 1 handicapped is
required (Craig, please verify). Pam, how many total stalls are required?
