Hay Lake Road in Eagan. That lot is subject to a 25% maximum impervious coverage ratio. According to the attached calculations provided to us in 2014, the current impervious coverage is 2,836 s.f., or 20.4%. These calculations do not appear to include the deck, which is acceptable if the area beneath the deck is pervious, but if it is paved, then we need to add that in. Please review and confirm the impervious coverage for the lot both existing and also with the proposed new patio. Also, the Site Plan provided with the zoning permit is incorrect. Please use the attached survey for the zoning permit site plan.
