Terms & Conditions:
- Payment @ 50% down w/ balance due upon completion. Please note that unpaid
balances may accrue interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month.
- Gazebo assembly to be completed, upon request, @ $52 per hour, plus materials.
Customer is responsible for marking all previously installed underground materials (i.e.
Invisible fence lines, drainage lines, irrigation line, non-utility power lines, etc.). Aspen
Ridge is not responsible for damage to unmarked and/ incorrectly marked items.
- Aspen Ridge will contact Gopher State One for marking of utility service lines at least 48
hours prior to commencing of work. Any damage to utility lines will be reported to the
customer and/or appropriate utility company as soon as possible. Aspen Ridge does
not accept responsibility for damage resulting from unmarked and/or incorrectly
marked lines.
