To Whom it May Concern-
I'd like to submit a 'zoning permit app.' for the replacement of a driveway in Eagan on Golden Meadow
Road. This would include the removal of an existing damaged concrete and gravel driveway with a new
reinforced concrete driveway. I have attached a scanned drawing, permit application and jpg picture of the
house. The new driveway will be the same 30'x 40' 'main' area less the triangular shaped West side expansion
slab and less the 12'x 20' side garage parking slab.
