Please note a few things. Your current driveway appears to be 28'wide in the area from curb to property line, this is 6'wider than current code allows. Since it is only a replacement,you are allowed to put in what was there but just wanted you to know this is way over current standards. Also, the proposed parking area next to the garage will be in the 5'drainage and utility easement. While we allow driveways within this area, please be advised not to negatively alter drainage,especially to the neighbor's house. Also,from just a quick review of existing conditions, it appears very tight in the area next to the garage to place a 9' driveway, you will need to verify property lines. We highly recommend providing at least 3'for snow removal as well so you are not pushing snow on the neighboring property. Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
