prepackagecl faods only.Food preparation,food service,b�dk food sales and repackaging of foods will not be allowed
due to a lack of the proper facilities required for these operafions.The plans sabmitted indicate there will be no food
preparation and all food will be prepackaged.This store will carry refrigerated foods such as mi1k,shell eggs,yogurt,
cheese,lunchmeat and frozen foods snch as pizza,ice cream,breakfast foads,desserts and dinners.
Licensing of your firm is dependent upon proper instaMlation af an approved water sapply,plumbing and waste

The sales flaor was indicated to be a luxurv vinvl tile floor.The room finish schedule indicates the sates area wiU have
4"vinvl base,painted sheetrock and fiber�lass reinforced plastic covered walls and aconstical ceilin�tite.The plans
indicate tiber�,lass reinforced plastic wi11 be installed on the walls up to 4'aUove the floor in areas withnut��ndalas.
The toilet raoms will have a sheet vinvl floor,6"sheet vinvl base,�ber�lass reinfprced nlastic covered walls with a
painted sheetrock ceiGn�._The plans indicate the stockraom wi11 have a qolvurethane enamel painted t1oor,A"vinyl base
and painted gvpsumboard walls.The walls snrroundin�the map sink will be covered with fiber�lass reinforced„�,lastic

Concerns•
1) The�ap between the outside walts of the walk-in cooler/walk-in freezer cornbination and tlie store walls must
be clos�d ofC.The specification sltieet for the walk-in caoler/walk-in fre+ezer combination appears to indicat+e a
wall clost�re will be installed between the walk-in coolerlfreezer walls and buildin�walls.
2) The walk-in cnaler and waik-in freezer shetvine must be listed as meetine NSF stanclard#2.The shelvin�musf
be rust-resistant for a walk-in cooler environment.
3) The plans submitted indicate the stockroom concrete f1oor will be sealed with srev nolvurethane enamcl,if it
has not been nrevioaslv sealed.The stoCkraom floar must be properlY sealed.
4) The�aps at the tloor-wall iunctures in the backroom food stora�e areas must be sealed(caulked)or a vinvl or
rubber base installed.
Equipment
Food equipment shall meet the applicable National S�mitation Foundauon(NSF)International food service standards. The ��

Floor and wall iunetures: Shall be coved and closed to no larger than one millimeter(1/32 inch)when cleaning method�other
than water flushing are used for cleaning floors. At the floor wall juncture wl�ere the fiberglass panel meets the floar an
