I notice the SW corner of the wall has a height of exactly 4' (TOW= 3'7" and BOW=7'7"). For our purposes,the height of the wall is measured from the bottom of the wall, not from grade. Please confirm the point from which your BOW measurement is made. Please be advised that retaining walls of 4'and taller do require a Building Permit rather than a Zoning Permit. If the BOW measurements are truly from the bottom of the wall and not from grade, and the plan can be tweaked so that the retaining wall height is<4' at all points,then please send a modified plan and we can issue the Zoning Permit. Otherwise, please resubmit the proposal with appropriate structural drawings for Building Permit instead. Please let me know if you have any questions.
