Certificate of Survey for Arlington Homes
On Wednesday May 20th at 11:OOam Dave Westermayer from the City of Eagan Engineering Department
met with me at our house to discuss the retaining walL
Notes regarding the Landscape design:
1. The lot line extends out 6ft from the front corner of the garage
2. The upper back wall will start 5ft from the front corner of the garage and proceed down
toward the road.
3. The back wall will be 4ft high. (approximately 2ft above ground and 2ft below ground)
4. There will be a strip of edging in back of the upper retaining wall
5. There will be 1ft of crushed rock behind the retaining walls to provide drainage
6. The front walls will also be 4ft high from top to bottom
7. The driveway will be 22ft in width at the entrance of Bridle Ridge Road.
