We need these measurements to determine overall impervious coverage: • Driveway area -- measured to the property line not all the way to the curb. The site survey shows the front of the garage to be 30.33 feet from the front property line,with 10'from the property line to the street curb. • Sidewalk areas • Patio areas • Any other hard surface areas not included in the above Estimates we could do from aerial photos are not very accurate given the scale. As such, it is subject to a maximum impervious surface coverage of 25%of the lot area. Impervious surface includes all hard surfaced areas of the property such as buildings, driveways,sidewalks, patios,etc. My estimates show the property is currently very close to 25%of the lot area. We cannot issue a zoning permit to add more impervious(120 s.f. shed)without verifying , that the total impervious coverage ratio does not exceed 25%.
