Responsibility of Buyer. Buyer agrees to locate and identify all property lines,easements and underground cables and pipes related to the property where the Work will occur
("Property"). Buyer further agrees to be solely responsible for the location of the fence described in this Agreement. Buyer will defend TOWN AND COUNTRY FENCE and reimburse it for
all costs,including attorneys'fees,in connection with any claims related to the fence location. Buyer is responsible for any special work described in this Agreement.
Unusual Conditions-Additional Charges. I agree that TOWN AND COUNTRY FENCE has the right to negotiate additional charges if unusual ground conditions hinder the fence
installation. Such unusual ground conditions may include but are not limited to rock formation,hidden foundations,tree roots,and other similar obstacles. Any charges necessary to
satisfactorily complete the installation will be based on actual additional labor,equipment and material costs and the price under this Agreement shall be increased accordingly.
BUYER HAS READ AND AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ACCEPTED BY TOWN&COUNTRY FENCE COMPANY ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS PAGE AND THEY ARE PART OF THIS
AGREEMENT.
