Both the City and State approved the plan with minor revisions. Attached is the approved plan for you to go ahead and get to
work.
Below are their comments:

"the code requires you disperse the accessible parking among all accessible entrances and locate the accessible parking
on the shortest route possible to accessible entrances. It looks like most of the accessible parking stalls are clustered on
the east end of the shopping center. If there are other businesses in the middle of this strip mall,at least one of the
accessible parking stalls w/access aisle+curb ramp should be distributed near the middle of the strip mall to afford the
shortest route of travel to those businesses in the center."

"The proposed new parking plan in your attachment,appears to meet the Code requirements for accessible parking,
accessible access aisles, and the accessible routes (curb cuts) to the building entrances.The flared sides of the curb cuts
may have a maximum 1:10 max slope. ...A building permit will not be necessary for this work. However, a Zoning permit

Good morning all,
Attached is our proposed site plan for the ADA parking analysis. I talked with the City of Eagan yesterday and they are requiring
a curb ramp at EVERY access aisle,therefore we will need (4) new curb cut ramps. I just sent both the City and State this plan as
well, for a final confirmation.
