No obstructions such as trees, shrubs, fences, buildings, gardens, etc., will be permitted to occupy this easement. The grant of the foregoing permanent easement for ingress, egress and driveway purposes includes the right of the City, its contractors, agents and servants, to inspect, repair and maintain the bituminous access drive within the easement area. The Landowner,for itself, its successors and assigns, does covenant with the City, its successors and assigns,that it is the owner of the premises aforesaid and has good right to grant and convey the easement herein to the City.
