It's my understanding you have added 2 additional retaining walls that are under 4' tall as measured from the bottom of the footing to the of the wall. Please verify that this is correct. I will need additional information regarding your proposed detached deck. My understanding is that you've been working with the Inspections department for some time regarding work on your property. Is this the detached deck you speak of? If so, I will also need information regarding the revised platform/detached decking adjacent to the perimeter of your property. Please provide a revised Site Plan and/or photos of this space so that we can better review the work that has been done. The Site Plan should include measurements of the retaining walls as well. Are these also within the drainage and utility easement(within 5 feet from the property line)?Improvements within drainage and utility easements are limited as was noted in your Zoning Permit issued earlier this summer.
