That 22' max width extends up to the property line, only inside your property can the driveway be wider than 22'. A separation must be present between the two pads in order for it not to be considered a further expansion to the width of the driveway. Thus, the landscape rock bed, in between, and request for the site plan to identify the distance between the two paver pads. The rock must be a landscape rock, not a Class 5 or similar type of gravel. The paver pad and adjacent driveway must not exceed a combined width of 22'. Please complete the attached Zoning Permit application, and submit that with your Site Plan, amended to specify landscape rock, and identify the dimensions of the paver areas and the rock between them. The scope of work does not require a Right-of-Way Permit, so we will do the review and documentation through a Zoning Permit instead. There is no fee for a Zoning Permit, and you can submit it to me directly via e-mail. The actual driveway is 18 ' across at the bottom and 29' at the top. I am proposing pavers along side the driveway to get to my allotted 22 ' width and a small 3' X 6' pad of pavers for the garbage cans with an approximate 3 ' gap between the pad and the edge of the driveway for separation. See attached. -- Thanks, Brad Sukut 2
