City Councilmembers present: Mayor Maguire, Councilmembers Fields, Bakken, Hansen and Tilley
City staff present: City Administrator Osberg and Assistant City Administrator Miller
ROLL CALL AND ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA
Councilmember Hansen moved, Councilmember Fields seconded a motion to adopt the agenda
as presented. Aye: 5 Nay: 0
VISITORS TO BE HEARD
There were no visitors to be heard.
INTERVIEW PARKS AND RECREATION DIRECTOR INTERVIEWS
The City Council interviewed two applicants for the position of Community Development Director: Dave
Olson and Jill Hutmacher.
Upon completion of the two, 30 -minute interviews, there was unanimous City Council consensus to
offer the Director of Community Development position to Jill Hutmacher with formal action to name the
candidate at the May 3, 2016 City Council meeting.
Councilmember Fields moved, Councilmember Tilley seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:30
