Good Afternoon,
I'm in receipt of your zoning permit for a fence at 1812 Ellie Ct. The description states a 4' fence although the
work order speaks to a 6'cedar something, either fence or gate. Please confirm the proposed height and
material.
The fence is proposed over a buried stormwater pipe and within a drainage and utility easement. It will need
review by the City Engineer as well as Planning.
Please let me know about the fence specifications and I will get back to you as soon as I'm able.
