That should not be a problem as long as it is within your property boundaries. Some people think the property line goes to the curb but
it is usually a good distance away, and in this case it's about 20' back from the curb and approximately 5' from the trail. Additionally,
our public works staff likes some clearance between the trail and fences for snow clearance so the more the better. I will make note on
the original permit.
