Your zoning permit application for this property shows widening the driveway to a width of 25'. City Code limits
driveway width to a maximum of 22' at the front property line and down to the street curb. Therefore,we are unable to
approve the Zoning Permit as proposed. The 25'width is acceptable within the lot, and not within the boulevard area of
the public right-of-way. You may consider modifying the proposal to taper the width down to 22'at the property line. I
will hold the Zoning Permit application in anticipation of a revised driveway plan. Please let me know if you have any
questions, and how you wish to proceed.
