II. Fire Administration Building
Action to Be Considered:
Provide direction to Staff on the next steps to take regarding the possible sale of the Fire Administration
Building.
Facts:
➢ The Finance Committee has been asked to review information that could assist with setting a
value for the possible sale of the Fire Administration Building (FAB).
➢ Staff will provide an overview of the renovation costs anticipated if Parks and Recreation were
to move to the FAB, along with estimated deferred maintenance costs on the building.
➢ Staff will have available at the meeting information from the City Attorney's office that could
assist with setting a value for the possible sale of the Fire Administration Building.
➢ The Finance Committee will be able to conduct the discussions regarding the possible sale of the
Fire Administration Building in a closed door session.
