Comments: The subject property is located within the City limits of Eagan, MN. The
Property was platted in 1996 as Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Eagandale Corporate Center. The
parcel is zoned I-1, Limited Industrial. The I-1 zoning district permits warehousing,
manufacturing and light industrial uses. The original building was constructed in 1997
consisting of 78,880 sq. ft. of warehouse and 4,500 sq. ft. of office space. An expansion
of 83,810 sq. ft. of warehouse space was added in 2000. The expansion met all setback
requirements but required approval of a 1.5% Variance from the maximum lot coverage
of 35%. A second Variance of 1.2% lot coverage was approved in 2004 to allow an

There are no open permits for this address. All the permits have final dates, except two which have expiration dates. I
