THE EAGAN AIRPORT RELATIONS COMMISSION
DIANNE MILLER, ASSISTANT CITY ADMINISTRATOR
APRL 30, 2013
SUBJECT: AIRPORT RELATIONS COMMISSION MEETING / WEDNESDAY,
MAY 8, 2013
The Eagan Airport Relations Commission (ARC) will meet on Wednesday, May 8 at 7:00 p.m. in
the City Council Chambers. Per the 2012-2013 Work Plan, the May 8 meeting will be a joint
meeting with the ABCs from the cities of Mendota Heights and Inver Grove Heights. To ensure a
quorum is present, please contact Cheryl Stevenson at 651/675-5005 or
estevenson@citvofea T corn if you are unable to attend the meeting.
Attached is a formal agenda for the meeting, along with a more informal agenda to guide the
meeting. Also attached is the Eagan ARC's 2012-2013 work plan in the event the commissions
discuss their efforts over the past year, or topics on the horizon.
The Council Chambers will be set up informally for this meeting (tables and chairs set up in a large
square). Also, as a reminder, this meeting will not be televised.
Business items such as MAC reports, minutes, etc. will be postponed until the June 11 ARC
meeting/wksp as there are no pressing business items at this time. The May 8 agenda does include
organizational business, which will allow the Eagan ARC to take a few minutes to appoint a Chair
and Vice Chair for 2013-2014. The City Council will be making their advisory commission
appointments on the evening of May 7, so any new or reappointed Commissioners will be invited to
the May 8 ARC meeting.
I look forward to seeing everyone on May 8 at 7 p.m. Please feel free to contact me should you have
any questions in advance of the meeting.
