Per the 2012-2013 Work Plan, the May 8 meeting will be a joint meeting with the ABCs from the cities of Mendota Heights and Inver Grove Heights. To ensure a quorum is present, please contact Cheryl Stevenson at 651/675-5005 or estevenson@citvofea T corn if you are unable to attend the meeting. Attached is a formal agenda for the meeting, along with a more informal agenda to guide the meeting. Also attached is the Eagan ARC's 2012-2013 work plan in the event the commissions discuss their efforts over the past year, or topics on the horizon. The Council Chambers will be set up informally for this meeting (tables and chairs set up in a large square). Also, as a reminder, this meeting will not be televised. Business items such as MAC reports, minutes, etc. will be postponed until the June 11 ARC meeting/wksp as there are no pressing business items at this time. The May 8 agenda does include organizational business, which will allow the Eagan ARC to take a few minutes to appoint a Chair and Vice Chair for 2013-2014. The City Council will be making their advisory commission appointments on the evening of May 7, so any new or reappointed Commissioners will be invited to the May 8 ARC meeting.
