Decision Resources and Communications Director Garrison are looking for direction, especially if any topical areas are missing that would help guide the City Council's work program/goals for 2005-2006. Per City Council direction at the January goals retreat, the Communications Committee will focus on topics that are new to the survey and more than likely less time for the standard tracking and comparative questions that are asked by Decision Resources in all their surveys. For review, enclosed on pageis a copy of the topics to be covered by the community wide survey. To help the Communications Committee members, those questions that are concerned new and special to the Eagan survey are attached and referenced as pages 3 through /D for your review. Other questions are general in nature and considered boiler plate that are asked in all community wide surveys by Decision Resources. Thomas L.
