We plan to build a freestanding deck next to the back side of the house. The proposed size of the deck
is 16'x 10' and will be 16"off the ground. It will not be attached to the foundation of the home.
This is a diagram that we used when we applied for a zoning permit in 2017 for a fence on the side of
our property. I added the deck placement on to this drawing. Please let me know if you need a
different drawing.
