We are in receipt of your letter of notification regarding a proposal to expand the
licensed capacity of Millenium Center for Performing Arts from 24 to 50 adult
participants.
We have reviewed the archived building plans from the buildout of this space a few
Municipal Center years ago and find that the existing design of the building can handle the proposed
3830 Pilot Knob Road 50 participants in the lower level only. The majority of the upper level has an
occupancy classification of Storage, with a small portion identified as office.

services and activities. If that is the case, then they will need to provide a new
Code Analysis prepared by a licensed architect, along with any Building Permit
Maintenance Facility application for associated modifications in order meet Building Code and other
3501 Coachman Point requirements to obtain a different occupancy classification for the upper level of the

Issuance of this license is subject to compliance with the provisions of Minnesota
Statutes, Chapter 245A.
If you do not contact the Division of Licensing within 30 days of receipt of this letter, we
will consider this facility to be in compliance with your local zoning code.
